It is important to seal the door frame on the outside only. The inside joint drains any water build up into the tray. The old cast iron soil pipe outside was cut at two points and a new plastic section was put in to allow the new WC connection to join in a new position. The plastic to cast iron connections were made with rubber connections that have large Jubliee clips around them. They aren't the best looking fitting in the world but they are very easy. |
