Installing a bathroom suite        Part 2 of 3
Rubber couplings aren't pretty but
they are easy to fit and do the job.
The side fixing brackets for the WC pan
need to be positioned accurately.
Some jobs are easier with two people.
If you make me laugh the lines go wiggly. The Heritage flat pack wash stand was easy
to assemble and had no missing parts.
There are no excuses for drilling through a
pipe when you are the one who buried it.

The Heritage concealed cistern was boxed in behind some substantial panelling that also concealed the soil pipe. This provided cleaner lines across the whole wall than low level boxing. The boxing also allowed for the easy mounting of the wall mounted bath mixer. A hand held shower attachment was also included for hair washing. The Heritage curved screen has continuous tracks top and bottom so it needs a fair amount of space to assemble it.

In this case the only space was the landing floor and then had to be carried in. It was definitely a 2 man job because nopbody wants to drop it or damage the tray but it went in easily and fitted perfectly. The slight discrepancy in the walls (which were out of plumb) was taken up in the profiles. A little adjustment on the rollers to get the curved doors running smoothly.
